Devils Blanked by Flames, Rangers into the Postseason

The Look of Defeat. Sweet, Sweet, Defeat.

With the Devils losing 1-0 to the Calgary Flames tonight, the Rangers clinch a spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the fourth year in a row. Karri Ramo blanked the Devils with a 31 save shutout, and defenseman Mark Giordano scored the lone goal for the Flames.

Although I’d rather have seen us into the playoffs with a win in one of our own games, the next best thing is definitely watching the Devils give us a playoff spot.

Thanks, New Jersey.
